One of two routes from Sonoma Valley Regional Park to Suttonfield Lake.

Kevin Bonner

Overview

No swimming or fishing in the lake!
Features: Lake

Description

East Sutton Trail is the first fork out of Valley of the Moon Trail that leads to the edge of Suttonfield Lake. After going up and down the initial hill, you'll pass a little pond on the left with lots of algae growth on it, usually teeming with dragonflies. Eventually you hit a fork in the road, to which you stay right to go up another hill. Once you hit the top, you'll see the lake.
