which is some of the best singletrack around. Each viewpoint is spectacular but the views from Crazy Jug and Monument Point will change your world!

Need to Know
Crazy climbs at the end between Parrissawumpits and Crazy Jug along an unmaintained historic trail. You'll want a GPS or have some pretty strong route finding skills.
The 50 mile route is a point-to-point race starting at the height of the Kaibab Plateau (9000ft). Runners will descend 2,000 ft to the rim of the canyon, where they will run the Rainbow Rim Trail
singletrack to 5 breathtaking overlook points before a rugged traverse on old logging roads over to the spectacular Crazy Jug and Monument Point overlooks into the Grand Canyon. The route then finishes at a historic corral (Big Saddle Tank) once used by ranchers on the plateau.

Ponderosa Pine, aspen, the rare Kaibab squirrel, mule deer, etc.
History & Background
The route ends at the history Big Saddle Tank where ranchers on the Kaibab Plateau once grazed and rounded up their cattle.
