Family Friendly Paved trail for easy access, and there are also, several places for a shady break along the trail.

Description

The Desert Discovery Nature trail is fully wheelchair accessible, giving all visitors an opportunity to get out of the car to experience the desert. This short trail is great for families with children, as kiddos can stretch their legs and learn a bit about this unique ecosystem. There is signage identifying various cacti along the trail. There are also a few spots to rest in the shade.

The only drawback is a very small parking lot.
