Description

Trailhead: Just off the S-22 at the turn off for W Truckhaven Trail. There is a call box and some signage regarding taking out your trash.

From the trailhead, hike across the desert, just under 1.5 miles, to the ridge rising up from the desert floor. There is a well-defined trail the whole way across to Villager Peak and on to Rabbit. The entire round trip will be over 21 miles.

Elevations / Distance from TH:
- Trailhead, just under 1,000 ft
- Villager Peak, 5,755 ft / approx 6 miles
- Rabbit Peak, 6,640 ft / approx 10 miles

The ridge is a beautiful, rolling hike, so you'll end up getting over 8,000 feet of elevation gain on this hike.

A gorgeous day - just enough wind to keep the heat and the bugs at bay. :)
