This short loop is a great length for smaller family members, and the sand and view of the lake is great for the imagination.
Description
The trail is easy for visitors of all ages. The trail is mostly wooded with a sand dune at the lake side. There is also a good view of Lake Huron. Much of the trail is open, so you'll want to come equipped with proper sun protection, such as sunscreen and a hat.
This area is open all year and can be used for cross country skiing in the winter.
Flora & Fauna
Jack pine and oak trees are in abundance as well as other varities.
