Description

Known as one of the Top Ten Mountain Bike Rides in America, the trail also makes for a fantastic hike. On the way up and along the Continental Divide, the trail travels above the treeline and through rock gardens and fields of wildflowers.

In the summer of 2016, Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado (VOC) teamed up with the USFS-Salida District to restore sections of this beloved trail back to safe and sustainable conditions that will ensure it can continue to be enjoyed by users for decades to come. Looks like this trail could use some love! If you know it, add some more details.
