Description

The Trail Behind Dam is a short connector that is very similar to the Barr Lake Perimeter Trail. It generally follows the same route, but isn't subject to closures like the portion of the Barr Lake Perimeter Trail that crosses the dam. It's similar in trail surface, and is mild in grade.

Flora & Fauna

Birds, deer, toads, fish, cottonwood trees, lots of cockleburrs and and other spiky/clingy seedpods.
