Pond Loop

Starting from the Hackers Falls Parking Area, visitors to the Pond Loop will enjoy the sight of serene, still waters, and the peaceful quiescence of a forest inhabited by very few others. Along the blue-blazed trail, take time to sit by the water, perhaps bring a lunch, and use this bit of wilderness to reflect and shed the stresses of everyday life.

For those wishing to extend their time in the Cliff Park area, the Pond Loop can be connected with many other trails in the area through its junctions with the Buchanan Trail.

Dense hardwood forests surround this small pond, often housing abundant wildlife of both the four-legged and flying varieties.
