Description

This is a beautiful and pretty simple trail from Juniper Campground to the summit. The trail starts to the right of Diablo Valley Overlook if you are looking at it. You'll pass a big tree with a picnic area and head right onto the trail.

It's a singletrack trail and very easy to follow. You'll pass over Summit Road (which is the main road to the top), so be careful when crossing the road. There is the opportunity for some nice views although you are hidden in the trees for a lot of it. This trail heads to the summit so expect a decent ascent and descent.
