There are great views in Refugee Cove as the trail skirts the high tide mark. There is a nice beach to soak up some sun if you are lucky enough to get it during your hike. The climb out of Refugee Cove is a steep doubletrack. At the top of the big hill, stay right and veer onto the singletrack again to continue on the trail.
