“A nice short trail on Wonder Lake featuring beautiful views and reflections of Denali.”— Heather Fischer
Family Friendly In August and September, this trail is lined with blueberries. Enjoy some sweet berries while you hike and take in the views!
Along the way, expect beautiful views of Denali (weather permitting) as the trail meanders through alpine tundra and spruce forest. The Park Service does a good job maintaining this gravel trail. There are two short plank bridges to avoid soggy areas of tundra. The trail can be muddy after rain, so plan accordingly.
