Family Friendly Although the trail has a slight uphill to get to the lake, it isn't too challenging and children will enjoy the loop around the lake.

Description

This is a short and steep lollipop hike to a beautiful mountain lake. It features a relatively steep grade up to the lake, but not impassable for kids. The trail levels out around the lake shore. After recent rains, this part of the trail can get muddy. The inlet stream is a good place to see trout during spawning season.
