A steady, easy climb to begin with, then the degree of difficulty increases as one descends/ascends.

Family Friendly Connecting to the California Coastal Trail north makes this a more family friendly trail.

Description

Used as an approach trail to the Mori Headlands, this trail provides a more gradual climb towards the peak. Though parts of the trail are mellow, there are some steep sections for sure. Connect north on the California Coastal Trail and you have an easier time getting to the cliffs and beach views than if you connect with trails to the south.

The trail is mostly singletrack, but keep your eyes up as views expand all around as you reach the top.
