Description

The access from Rt. 6 is a hidden gem! Not well marked except for a small sign across the street where Farrell Rd. ends. After rains, there are strong creeks with some falling water that routes to Hickory Creek. There is a hidden path along the creek that is short, but fun. Very peaceful trail with lots of ups and downs. Plenty of other trails out there to explore too. Other access to Pilcher Park is off of Gougar Rd. just North of Rt. 30.

Flora & Fauna

Lots of trees- hiking under the canopy. As typical with this area, you'll see plenty of birds, ground creatures, coyotes and deer early in the morning.
