Overview

Features: Birding — Views — Wildflowers — Wildlife
Dogs: Leashed

Description

From Bells Beach follow the Surf Coast Walk signage to Pt. Addis.

From Bells Beach, there is an initial climb, including some rough steps up to the Southside car park. From Southside, the trail runs adjacent to the road until a turn takes you into the bush. A section of flowing singletrack ends at a footwear washing station for cinnamon fungus.

After a couple of kilometres on management vehicle track, a left turn is taken a couple of hundred metres before the Ironbark Carpark. The singletrack heads downhill initially and there are a few trip hazards, but generally it is a nice path.

At the Tiger Snake Breeding Ground warning sign, the path turns sharply and then it's a climb up to the cliff tops and some great ocean views. Then it's back downhill with some rocky sections prior to a gradual climb to Pt Addis.
