Start at the small parking area off of Grizzly Gulch. Head through the fence and immediately watch for a trail to your left. The trail climbs immediately and will continue to climb the entire way other than one short switchback. The trail then intersects with the Mini Ridge Trail which will take you to the ridge and the Mt. Helena Ridge Trail.
