From the Cottonwood Creek trailhead, follow the creek up and into the Crazy Mountains to Cottonwood Lake. Soon enough you'll find yourself within the steep and craggy walls of this untapped range. From the lake, options for scrambling into the alpine, fishing, hunting, and wildlife watching are all at your fingertips.
