“A fun course with a couple of hills.”
— Ben King
This is a smooth and scenic singletrack with a couple of bridges that get slick when wet. Hikers will enjoy great lake views along the way.
Features: Fall Colors — Lake — Swimming — Views — Wildflowers — Wildlife
Need to Know
This is TVA mixed use land, so there are sometimes hunters present. Bright colors are suggested during hunting season.
This is a simple lollipop hike that can be chained together with other trails in the area for a longer hike. The trailhead is located at the end of Glendale Road. Follow the trail for about 0.5 miles until it splits. Stick to the left; hike up over the hill, then bear right at the next split at the bottom of the hill. Continue on around, enjoying the views of the lake from the power cut and then at the bench at the point.
