Description [Suggest Changes]

This run starts from the Free Parallel parking and up to the 1st tower which has a steep switchback service road to contend with. 450ft to the top you have great view of Vaca Valley and the Lagoon. Down to the left, you reach a gate and follow the fence on a mild smooth downhill. Come to a fork, take the middle trail and head to the bottom, turn left along a path until you get a gravel road and another gate. Follow the gravel road until you hit singletrack on your right, take the switchbacks up and to the right to meet the gravel road again. Stay on the gravel road until you see more singletrack on the right. follow this all the way up to the 2nd tower. At 900+ feet you can see Mt. Diablo and Suisun Bay on your left and another beautiful view of Vaca Valley down below. Head down past the bench and follow the trail all the way to the border of the open-space and the trail turns right and down. Follow this trail all the way down! A fun-fast non-technical descent back down to the Lagoon. Turn left to make your loop around the Lagoon. Head right after your loop and look for the short steep ascent to a lone tree and lookout. Keep going up and around this small ridge which will bring back down to a gravel track that leads back to your car.

Flora & Fauna [Suggest Changes]
