Description

This trail ascends easily at first from Hudson and Prayer Flag Road and flows well to the famed "stairway." About halfway up, the trail becomes very steep and loose, forcing you to shorten your stride.

Once you've reached the ridgeline ("heaven"), you have multiple options - left hits Root Canal, while right takes you to the trails off the backside of Emerald: Ridge and Beall.
