Description

This climbs steeply from the Gregory Canyon trailhead to the Saddle Rock Trail. This trail is made up almost exclusively of waterbars and stone steps. It will have your legs burning in no time as it makes its way up to a junction with Saddle Rock Trail.

Flora & Fauna

Ampitheater trail passes through dense, green forest as it ascends at the bottom of a drainage. Expect the scenery along this trail to seem like that of a much wetter climate than the Colorado frontrange.
