Little Stick can be used in either direction to connect the Silver Lake Village area at the base of Bald Mountain with the Deer Crest area trails. It is primarily a doubletrack dirt road that follows the Little Stick ski run. Several short sections are covered by singletrack switchbacks which can get loose and rutted. There are a couple of peaceful wooded sections and fleeting views of the Frog Valley, but otherwise the trail is pretty unaesthetic. Note: bikes are allowed on this trail.
