This is a neat opportunity to see the root systems of trees.
It's interesting to see all these old, twisted trees that have survived hundreds of floods in this area from the Cowskin Creek.

This is one of the crossing points of the flood plane for the H trail over to the concrete low water bridge.
It's interesting to see all these old, twisted trees that have survived hundreds of floods in this area from the Cowskin Creek.
This paved trail is only for hiking/walking. Equestrian and bike paths are completely separate, please obey the signs throughout the park
This is a common location for people to do family pictures, etc.

The hiking path winds in and out of the tree canopy
This is a really neat example of ground slump...where the creek has caused this 50ft diameter section of dirt to fall downwards about 5 feet.
