Hiking through fields of flowers. The Minarets are on the left followed by Mt. Ritter, Banner Pk. and Mt. Davis. The falls from Shadow Lake are in the center. You can just barely see the lake.
Summit Lake, Banner Peak and Mt. Ritter. Blue spot on left side of ridge above the lake is a tent at an outstanding large campsite.

Breathtaking beauty throughout the length of the trail. Summit lake is on the first ridge of rocks on the right. Thousand Island Lake is behind the low domes in the upper center of the picture
