Just after crossing Craig Creek near mile 22. If the water is high at mile 8, you'll definitely be able to refill here at 22 as it's the same drainage.

Leaving the Lost Creek Wilderness Area on Segment 4
North Fork of Lost Creek upstream. Great place for campsite!
The crossing at this healthy stream ~4.5 miles in is a great place to refill on water.
The second half of CT Segment 4 follows Long Gulch to its end; marshy in the center with occasional flowing water and streams flowing in from the side.
