Enjoy this view exiting the woods on a clockwise journey around the loop.
Reaching the summit of Sugarloaf Mtn. Three horses & riders found the 2.2 mile trail quite challenging, yet beautiful. Much steeper than anticipated, the trails had washed gullies & many tree roots & a few downed trees to negotiate. Not for green horses.

This map shows far more detail than the app. Most important - hiking all of the optional portions totals 10.6 miles.
It's an easy walk that we completed in about 45 minutes with lots of stops to admire wildflowers, bugs, and gulleys.
