We start from the trailhead (thanks Captain Obvious!) which is basically the parking lot of the Nature Center.
But before we go, a quick stop at the Nature Center for a quick look at its wonderful garden!
Ah, but all good things must come to an end, and thus it is with this trail, as we come up on the trailhead from the back side.
There are several braided trails going hither and thither behind the Nature Center...just follow THIS sign.
Watch your step on the south side of the loop...the orb weavers love to build here, and it would be a shame to ruin their work...
Not a great picture, but yes, you'll see some nice foliage along this trail!
Not, it's not the most scenic trail in Tennessee, but there's just something sublime about a path through the woods, covered with pine needles, plenty of shade on a hot day...
