A bench sits off to the right side of the trail, allowing you to take in the views of Painted Ridge and the surrounding hills.
Large rocks that have rolled down the hill sit on either side of the trail.
The trail climbs to the top of this hill. You can also see the box that contains the trail ledger off to the right.
The Painted Hills are in full view throughout the hike. Enjoy the reds, yellows, and blacks that paint the hills.
The pained hills and surrounding hills stretch out before you.
