The Middle Fork of the Kings River as it rushes near the appropriately named Middle Fork Trail.
Climbing Kettle Ridge, you'll have awesome views looking toward Monarch Divide. In late summer, this climb is dry, hot, and has no water. It's a mediocre hike until you get beyond this point.
The Gorge of Despair is a short jaunt off the Middle Fork Trail, but the views are worth the trip.

Enjoy the view looking northwest toward Finger Peak from Lake 10401.This is the best of the Blue Canyon lakes in my opinion.
