Seeing one of the Minarets up close over the ridge blew my mind. This hike was gorgeous.
Superior Lake and the highest peak (10,532) of Red Top Mountain
San Joaquin River crosses bottom in front of a low ridge. Behind the ridge, Falls Creek canyon runs from the right side to its headwaters near Red and White Mt. on the left. The Silver Divide and Silver Peak are on the right.
Enjoying some whiskey and a snickers at an over look of Minaret Lake gazing at the Minarets.
