Description

The Kirifuri-no-taki Falls are among the premier waterfalls in Japan. The waterfall is about 250-feet tall and divided into the upper and lower falls. The name literally translates to "falling mist" as the lower falls tend to spray a lot of mist. Depending on the season, the scenery can be very different - from a colorful fall to a very misty summer.

Short Walk: The falls are located about 0.2 miles from the parking lot.

Family Friendly: A short hike and a spectacular waterfall.
