Description
The trail follows a small rock bottomed creek between two ridges passing by the natural rock shelters which give the trail its name. These rock overhangs provide a cool and quiet place to rest along your hike and to marvel at the natural beauty of these natural rock shelters.
Short Hike: This gem can be accessed from the Rock Shelter Trail which is itself a part of the Low Gap Trail.
