I work in the ski industry at a shop in NY and was recently up in West Lebanon, NH visiting the Blizzard/Tecnica HQ and Nordica HQ to get some videos for work. One of my ski buddies Justin works for Blizzard/Tecnica and his dad was there getting his new pair of boots customized while I was there. While going through the footage to make the ski/ski boot videos I cut out and made a video of the little impromptu clinic that Justin put on while customizing his dads boots and figured it might be interesting based on what Justin says (shocker) and what I've read about them.
The first fully customizable heat moldable hiking boot in the industry, won a bunch of awards in 2018 the Backpackers Editor's Choice Award, ISPO Product of the Year Award, etc.. Anyone have any experience with them or any opinions about them? I love Tecnica ski boots, and they've taken the CAS tech from the ski boot liners and put it into these. Curious to hear people opinions or any questions/comments on the video.
Anyway, here is a link to the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_0QHKcVjffA
