After the Hike: Local Favorites

Anna's Water's Edge Restaurant Open seasonally May thru September, this is a great little seafood restaurant that doesn't use a fryer. Lightly breaded and baked instead its a nice change from the typical Maine seafood shack.
Winnegance General Store Great breakfast and coffee!
Five Islands Lobster Best Lobster & Steamers ever! Not said lightly, there is something to be said for lobster and steamers straight off the boat!
The Cabin The anchovy and spinach is fantastic, and chances are that you won't have to share it with anyone else!
552 Washington St, Bath ME — (207) 443-6224
Mae's Cafe & Bakery Obviously they have lots of great breakfast choices, but their sandwiches are also great. Personal favorite is the Smokey Joe!
160 Centre St, Bath ME — (207) 442-8577
Frosty's Donuts & Coffee Shop All their doughnuts are great, much better than Dunkin Donuts
770 Washington St, Bath ME — (207) 443-4258
Solo Bistro Chef Tony Lavelle’s menu has hints of Asia in its locally sourced dishes. [Eater 18 Member]
128 Front St, Bath ME — (207) 443-3373
Schutty's Seafood Some creative seafood items such as lobster egg rolls. Almost everything is fresh and excellent.
Five Guys The food is awesome and the service is incredibly fast, no matter how long the line is. Don't let the line scare you!
170 Bath Road, Brunswick ME — (207) 406-4359
Fat Boy Drive-In Definitly try a frappé here! Won't be dissapointed!
111 Bath Rd, Brunswick ME — (207) 725-9431
Ports of Italy The food is delicious and presented beautifully. Authentically Italian. Ambiance is nice -- if only they were closer to the water it'd be perfect!!
Trevett Store Nathan B Chesebro started working in construction after helping his father with building the family’s massive colonial style home in 1990.
The Lobster Dock The beautiful view from the Lobster Dock. My Lobster Roll heated with Butter was delis! My sis and I love to go here.
Mama D's Cafe The waffles are great
Boothbay Harbor House of Pizza The onion rings are super tasty, and go great with the fantastic gyros!
Byrnes' Irish Pub Brunswick I'm not saying they were the best fish tacos I've ever had but they're definitely up there! The Irish Nachos are always my favorite as well.
16 Station Ave, Brunswick ME — (207) 729-9400
Scarlet Begonias Wonderful Manhattans! And the pasta dishes are super!
16 Station Ave, Brunswick ME — (207) 721-0403
Wild Oats Bakery & Cafe It's all organic, fresh and local. Even if you order something simple as turkey sandwich, you would be surprised how tasty they'll make it! Huge selection of soups, my personal favorite part;)
149 Maine St, Brunswick ME — (207) 725-6287
Tao Yuan Restaurant In this tiny bistro, Eater Award-winner Cara Stadler and her mother Cecile create some of the state's most exciting Asian-inspired food using seasonal and largely local ingredients. [Eater 18 Member]
22 Pleasant St, Brunswick ME — (207) 725-9002
Bombay Mahal The owners and servers are so nice! I seriously love their food! Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. Lovely atmosphere and music as well!
