Visiting Tips

Northwest Arkansas is hike-able almost all year. Snow and cold is possible Dec-Feb. Late April is the most pleasant time in the spring while October can be spectacular for fall colors.

Mandarin Bistro Definitely try the Dynamite Chicken. It's basically a sriracha cream sauce and just as delicious as you'd imagine that to be.

China Cafe Best spicy Szechuan Chinese food. I have found in Arkansas . Great prices. Easy to make this place a regular Habit. Go once and you will go back.
Sunset Grill Chicken and waffles are awesome. Also the BBQ pulled pork omelette is amazing.
JJ's Grill On The Lake You can feel the dock moving. Don't get seasick! Just drink more.
La Hacienda Cleanest bathrooms I've ever used at a mexican restaurant!

Both Bentonville and Fayetteville offer plenty of activities and culture outside of hiking.

Bentonville is home to the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, a must-do for anyone visiting the area.

Fayetteville has numerous amenities including 4,000 acres of parks and more than 40 miles of paved trails. Other highlights include an award-winning farmer's market, the Walton Arts Center and the Botanical Gardens of the Ozarks.
