Description

This trail starts from the trailhead parking off Old Dalton Road. In a short distance, after passing the kiosk, this trail crosses over a footbridge. The trail is composed of crushed stone from the parking area to where it crosses Route 8. It passes by a few historical features, as shown on the interpretive pamphlet. It crosses over Route 8 and turns right over the guard rail. The trail follows the river, closely, over some extensive stonework. The trail travels to a small turnaround, where it ends at the sign.

Flora & Fauna
