Description

This is a very challenging trail that requires difficult rock scrambling to reach the Pinnacle Mountain Summit. Be prepared for a significant workout. Make sure to take multiple breaks along the way to admire the views. If you're looking for a good half day adventure, this is a good way to spend it. Consider taking the West Summit Trail down as it is much easier to hike.

Keep in mind the West Summit Trail is much easier if you find the rock scrambling of the East Summit Trail to be too adventurous.
