Description

There are a few different entry points to the trail but, as mapped here, you start by the track. The beginning of the trail follows an unfinished utility road. You'll see signage to the right.

From here, the next mile of the trail follows Dry Creek, which practically runs through the backyards of homes at times. The creek can be quite pretty with some nice rock formations. The handfull of street crossings have a bit of a creepy, suburban feel where residents say "Hello, how are you?" with the subtext of "What are you doing in my neighborhood?"

The last mile weaves it's way through a pretty mixed pine forest that borders the highway. The trail is not well-marked but if you follow the indentation it makes you should have no trouble.
