Description

The trail starts at the southeast corner of the main loop, only a short distance from the main parking lot. It quickly passes a small lake that is sure to provide some bird watching opportunities.

The trail continues towards the east following the edge of the forest with many chances to enjoy some lovely color in the spring as the Redbuds and Dogwoods are in full bloom. The trail then splits, giving you the opportunity to cross at the street or continue on the trail under a bridge and then reconnecting on the other side. It continues to wind down the north side of the creek and ends in a cul de sac next to a golf course.
