Description

This is a difficult but beautiful trail that will bring hikers past many scenic features, including a pond, a waterfall, meadows and vast views of the high canyon walls and peaks and climbs up to a dammed alpine lake. Expect sections of steep and rugged sections of trail.

The trail is on the longer side, but grades are manageable in all but a few short sections.
