Description

Spaas Creek Road (CR-1206) was once a great road and had been hardened against erosion with geosynthetics and a heavy road base. But years of neglect and heavy ORV use have basically destroyed this road. That said, it provides an important connection between Hatton Ridge Road and the Gorge area to the south and still has some great sections.

The northernmost end is in good shape and provides access to FR 167 and Hatton Ridge Road from KY 713 (paved) in Menifee County. The southern portion has suffered the worse abuse and is best used as a connection to other regional trails.
