Description

The Alms House Trail runs from the Land Trust Parking lot off of Bankhead to the Waterline Trail near Three Caves. From the trailhead you start off with a rocky decline that features large sharp rocks until you reach the intersection with Railroad Bed Trail and a creek crossing. From here, the trail get easier with fewer rocks until you get closer to Waterline Trail. That is where the rocks return and start a short ascent before that trail ends.
